A high-quality red wine of a deep ruby colour. Specific fruity aromatic flavours are present in this wine, while it is of a full, dry, round body. The alcohols are warm, and the wine exudes a harmony and longevity. Its palates are those of black berries while in the older years there is also an aroma of tobacco. This cabernet sauvignon ages in the winery, without the presence of wooden barrels, enhancing its natural fruitfulness and airiness.

It pairs well with many dishes, especially with dark meats, game dishes, mushrooms and aromatic cheeses.

Best served at a temperature of 16 do 18°C.
